Materials: The two black Door Hinge Mounting Brackets are metal, but the silver Hinges are plastic.

Build

Mounting the Door Hinges

Stage 63.1

Fit the post of the Left Door Hinge (marked ‘L’) through the center hole of the Left Door Hinge Mounting Bracket, as shown.

There are two small raised lines on the Left Door Hinge Mounting Bracket that you can align this against:

Secure this Left Door Hinge in place from the other side with one (1) AP screw:

Stage 63.2

Repeat the previous step with the Right Door Hinge (marked ‘R’), Right Door Hinge Mounting Bracket, and one (1) more AP screw:

Retrieve your Body assembly from the previous stage. Fit the Left Door Hinge Mounting Bracket to the rear edge of the left-side door opening, as shown:

Secure the Left Door Hinge Mounting Bracket to the Middle Section of the Car Body with two (2) HM screws.

This is your friendly reminder to try using 3-in-One Oil on all screws going into metal:

Repeat the previous step on the right side of the car using the Right Door Hinge Mounting Bracket and two (2) more HM screws:

Thoughts

This was a small and quick stage, but every little step brings us closer to seeing the body panels!
