Installing the Rear Window
Stage 66.1
Peel two (2) strips of Double-Sided Tape from the backing paper and apply them to the upper inside edge of the Rear Window Frame.
The inside of the Rear Window Frame is the side with the pins. Be sure the sticky film comes off the backing paper with the strips:
Stage 66.2
Peel two (2) more strips of Double-Sided Tape from the backing paper and apply them to the lower inside edge of the Rear Window Frame:
Stage 66.3
Remove the protective film from all four pieces of the Double-Sided Tape we just installed.
Tweezers or the tip of a hobby knife help get under the edges here. We want to leave the sticky layer behind:
Stage 66.4
Fit the Rear Window to the Rear Window Frame, aligning and pressing the pins of the Rear Window Frame into the matching holes of the Rear Window.
Make sure these are connected together as shown. Hold these parts together for a few seconds to adhere the tape.
Thoughts
This Rear Window assembly will not be needed again until Stage 70, so keep it protected in a safe place for now.
